this app needs A LOT of work!!! can never log in for various reasons. even with a newer phone, it says the OS needs to be updated. going to the website is a pain - if you don't select the correct way to get to the website, you'll get an error message, and the accessibility isn't the same. I'm sure there's an IT Team that can update this. 👎🏾👎🏾

This is by far the worst app I have ever used. The fact that I'm stuck using it because of work makes it even worse. It takes forever to log in, the sessions time out too quickly, and it's just slow in general. It shouldn't be this frustrating just to check your schedule or to try to pickup or switch a shift. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

Update: it's even worse now. the web app doesn't work. it send me on an infinite "verification" loop. I text/email a code, enter it, then get sent back to the same screen. over Nad over. I CAN'T access at all now Worked with almost no issue for the longest time. Now it's literally unusable. When I open the app I get an in-app error saying my OS needs an update or is too old. my phone is completely up-to-date, and is only a couple years old. No one is buying a new phone to use this app. Fix it.
